Press Release Summary: Focus Enhancements Continues its Long-Time Partnership with
Final Cut Pro User Group as Silver Sponsor of its First Annual SuperMeet at IBC2008

Press Release Body: Amsterdam, The Netherlands (IBC2008) – September 10, 2008 --
Focus Enhancements Inc. (NASDAQ: FCSE), a worldwide leader in media management and
ultra wideband (UWB) wireless technology, is continuing its long-time partnership
with the Final Cut User Group by signing on as a Silver Sponsor of the first annual
IBC Final Cut Pro User Group (FCPUG) Supermeet.

Featuring Final Cut Pro user groups from Boston, Los Angeles, Mexico, Italy, Berlin,
the UK, and more, the SuperMeet will represent the largest gathering of Final Cut
Pro gurus, users and digital movie makers at IBC2008. Doors open at 5 p.m. on
Sunday, September 14 at the Gashouder building in Amsterdam’s Culture Park
Westergasfabriek.

Focus Enhancements will be at the event showing off their latest video technology,
including the newest features of the FS-5 Portable Direct To Edit® (DTE) Recorder
with Metadata Support. First unveiled at NAB2008, the FS-5 introduces
ground-breaking technology to tapeless acquisition, with the ability to wirelessly
add custom metadata while shooting. Users can dynamically add descriptive labels via
a laptop, Apple iPod touch, or other WiFi capable device with browser capabilities.
The FS-5 supports the Apple XML Interchange format, so metadata is immediately
available in Final Cut Pro without any additional steps. As a result, clips are
organized, labeled, and described as soon as a shoot is complete.

“Focus Enhancements is a committed partner to the Final Cut Pro user group community
and we’re proud to sponsor the first ever FCPUG SuperMeet at IBC,” said Matt McEwen,
Director of Product Alliances for Focus Enhancements. “Our acquisition and media
asset management portfolio brings great value to the Final Cut Pro community, by
enabling users to acquire, manage, and organize their HD and SD content with
unparalleled ease and efficiency.”

In addition to the FCPUG SuperMeet, Focus Enhancements will be showcasing its
acquisition and media asset management solutions, including the FS-5 DTE recorder,
at IBC2008 at the Amsterdam RAI Centre (Stand 9.D41) from September 12-16.
